2026 is HERE!!!!
So it's February already! Seems like just yesterday was New Years Day! If you have seen my instagram page, you know I've been dibbling and dabbling with fasting here and there. I am turning the big 46 this year so I want it to be a little different than normal.
I went to the pharmacy today to hop on the scale and it told me I'm 225lbs with my clothes on.
I'm pretty happy with that honestly because usually if I'm not monitoring the scale my body will stay comfortable at about 230-235lbs! So, honestly, I feel like I'm already ahead of the curve a bit.
That said, the last time I was 215lbs was when I was personal training clients pretty much every day!
I've always liked anything under 215lbs on my frame so we are going to try to make it happen again! Are you interested in the protocol I will be using!? If so check out the video below!
