Healthy Soda Alternative! Easy to make and tastes good! 2 Ingredients!

Time and time again, I here the same thing. People tell me, "I hate drinking water, water is nasty!"
Then I ask them if they drink sodas, and they tell me yes. Some people tell me, that's all they drink. Sodas are high in Calories. For my example, we'll use a 12 oz can of Coca-cola.
We are talking 140 calories, of which 39grams of that is straight high fructose corn syrup which is high on the glycemic index and bad for your body in general http://www.naturalnews.com/024466_corn_health_HFCS.html  . On a 20oz bottle which some of you probably drink in one sitting. Check out the ingredient list.
Now let's contrast that with my alternative.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

*I know there is some debate about whether agave nectar is healthy or not. If you choose to avoid it, you can substitute with STEVIA, HONEY, MAPLE SYRUP, and/or DATE SYRUP.  Be creative, with your recipes!
I've seen one with a little lemon juice, and strawberries blended together with sparkling water to make a delicious pink lemonade concoction.

What's in your water!?

The goal is to be Alkaline. Our bodies run well in the Alkaline state but disease, cancers, etc... develop when we are acidic. Lately, my wife and I have been studying Dr. Sebi alot lately. If you are not on Dr. Sebi, he was the Dr. that Lisa " Left Eye" Lopez was visiting prior to her untimely death.
http://drsebiscellfood.com/

Now, I'm not selling any of his products nor am I affiliated with him, I am just promoting the eating style that he advises.  I have heard many testimonies of people who have lost significant amounts of weight 30lbs + without even exercising, just due to their diet change to the ALKALINE based diet.

That being said, one component of that is drinking lots of WATER. However, some of us may be sabotaging ourselves if the water we are drinking is severely ACIDIC.

That said, watch this video. And if you are a DASANI water drinker, or AQUAFINA, then leave that mess alone and put it back on the shelf!

Hope this helps someone!!! Have a BEAUCOUPFIT DAY!!!

TripleBooster-Powerful-Charger

So far so good. I like the ability to charge 3 different devices at one time. There is not much I can say that the other reviewers haven't said. The portability and convenience of use rank this product really high in my book. I use it to charge my Samsung Galaxy S4 and my Samsung Galaxy notebook.
This is a good little charger to have if you are ever on the go or if you forgot to charge your phone the night or day before work. So far everything is holding up well. Hope to get many years of use out of it.

Product Review-EatSmart Precision 550 Bathroom Scale

Product Review-EatSmart Precision 550 Bathroom Scale

Recently, I received the Eat Smart Precision 550 Bathroom Scale and my first impression was wow! Not to sound mushy but it was the best looking scale I had ever seen. Even my two children (4 and 1 years old) were anxious to step on it. The scale is run off of 3 AAA batteries and yields a digital read out.

Personally, I am no where near 500lbs but if you are on the heavier side this scale can accomodate you as well. It has a weight capacity of 550lbs which gives a wide range of potential users.

As I mentioned in my intro, aesthetically it is very attractive to the eyes so there is no need to hide it once your finished using it. You can proudly display your scale in the bathroom and it will not take away from the look of the room.

This scale is selling for $39.95 on amazon. They also have a bunch of different models available that are a little cheaper in cost but in my opinion this one is worth it.  Here's a link in the event you are interested in buying one

Other features:
It has an automatic on/off function.
It can be configured for kg/ or lbs
It has a large platform
It has a large digital display

Here are a few product facts about the Eat Smart Precision 550 Bathroom Scale from the companies advertisment.

  • - 550 lb capacity - HIGHEST IN THE CONSUMER MARKET (.2 lb increments) and Lb/kg switchable - 250kg
    - When weight locks in, scale will beep allowing user to step off and have an easy view of the readout
    - Large 3.7" LCD display w/ blue backlight - easy to read from any distance or angle
    - 3 x AAA batteries included in package
    - As with all EatSmart scales, the Precision 550 includes our 100% satisfaction guarantee and two-year warranty.

This review was in return for receiving this product for free or at a reduced rate. These are  my honest unbiased opinions. Thanks for reading.
